
Katrina Gloriani is a Senior at the University of Southern California where she studies Computer Science and Business Administration in the Viterbi School of Engineering. She interned as a Program Manager at Microsoft, a Project Manager at The Walt Disney Company, and as an IT Consultant at the USC Information Technology Services center. In these positions, Katrina drove technical development and launch of features on innovative products and integrated usability studies, research and market analysis in to deliver products that are recognized as the best in the industry. From these experiences, Katrina has developed strong communication, leadership and analytical skills that she can successfully utilize in a Product Manager role where she can bridge the technical and business worlds and design services that customers love. Katrina wants to make an impact on the newest products and as a Product Manager, she will act as a visionary and bring to life new product initiatives that change the world.
Katrina is also passionate about being a leader and inspiring the next generation of female engineers. Last summer, she co-founded the nonprofit organization, CSavvy, which aims to educate, inspire, and equip middle school girls with the skills and resources to pursue opportunities in technology and engineering sectors. To date, CSavvy has reached over 150 middle school girls by hosting workshops throughout the LA district that give girls the opportunity to learn basic computing principles, while experiementing with batteries and LED lights that girls can create fashionable accessories with. These workshops prepare girls for a future creating technology in a supportive environment, where they can feel comfortable building their self-confidence as innovators.

Katrina is also an active member of the Society of Women Engineers, in which she has served as a Leadership Ambassador and Officer Councilor of Corporate Affairs. As a SWE-USC ambassador, Katrina planned and executed community outreach programs such as Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day, the "More than a Princess" Holiday Project, and the High School Mentorship program. Currently, Katrina serves on the Corporate Affairs Committee where she works with over 20 Fotune 500 companies to gain sponsorship and plan several recruiting events such as Corporate Luncheons, Professional Development Night, Networking Dinners, Speaker Spotlights, Intern Panels, and Tech Talks for SWE-USC members.
Whether it involves making an impact in the technological revolution or making a difference in the community, Katrina is is a leader and shows passion and dedication in everything that she does.
